Retreat Health Care Services is a locally owned home health provider. We offer an alternative to traditional modes of care such as long-term hospitalization or admission in a care facility. We approach the needs of our patients by visiting them at home and providing them with the professional care that is required.

Retreat Health Care Services, Inc does business with the best in the area for in-home therapy. The therapy team participates in weekly, face-to-face case conferences with our staff and is in constant communication in between to make sure that our patients are well taken care of.
FREE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
In order for our patients to attain better outcomes with their healthcare, it is essential that they are able to go to their dentist, their eye doctor, and their medical appointments. We choose to offer a FREE transportation service to our patients to ensure that not only do they make it to their appointments, but the timeliness of the transportation is of an excellent standard.
